Inspector of Factories Recruitment - Written Examination Programme 2026

The Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) has released the written examination programme for the recruitment of the Inspector of Factories, a Group-A, Gazetted post under the Labour Department of the Government of Tripura.

Examination Venue

The examination will be held at the TPSC Examination Hall. Candidates will be required to check their roll numbers; those with roll numbers 10001 and above will be allotted seats at the venue.

Examination Instructions

• For every incorrect answer, one-fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted.
• Submitting more than one answer for a question will also be treated as incorrect and incur the same penalty.
• No penalty will be applied for questions left unanswered.
• Answers must be marked on the OMR Answer Sheet using a black ballpoint pen.
• Candidates with benchmark disabilities may request compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of examination. It is advised that they inform the Commission at least 7 days in advance if they intend to use a scribe.
• Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the examination premises.
• The use of face masks, jackets, coats, caps, mufflers, scarves, pullovers, and similar garments in the examination hall is not allowed.
