Pay Scale

The selected candidates will be offered a pay scale under the E0 Pay Scale (2017) DPE, which ranges from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 1,20,000, with a basic pay of Rs. 30,000 plus Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and a cafeteria allowance of 35% of the basic pay. An annual increment of 3% is applicable in the second and third years.

Selection Procedure

The selection of candidates will be conducted through an interview process. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their aggregate marks in the qualifying examination, following a merit ratio of 1:10 for the number of vacancies in each discipline and category. The interview will be scheduled tentatively in November 2026, and candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the interview to qualify.

• Nature of Employment: Short-term engagement does not confer any right to claim the status of regular executives of the company.
