The Raipur District Panchayat is seeking eligible firms, institutions, third parties, and agencies to submit expressions of interest (EOIs) for the operation and management of three Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants (FSTPs) established under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin).
The selected agency will be responsible for the complete operation and management of the designated Faecal Sludge Treatment Plants.

Any eligible firm, institution, third party, and agency can apply. There are no specific educational qualifications or age limits mentioned in the notice.
Interested parties must submit their EOIs in sealed envelopes to the District Panchayat office during office hours on any working day from 30th September 2026. Each submission should clearly mention the name of the work and its corresponding location. Separate sealed envelopes must be submitted for each work.

The EOIs received will be opened on the 15th and 30th of each month at 3:00 PM. If the scheduled opening date is a holiday, the opening will take place on the next working day. This process will continue until a suitable agency is selected for the concerned work.
Eligible candidates can submit the application form until 3 November 2026. Applications received after the notified deadline may not be accepted.
