Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years (as of January 1, 2026)
• Maximum Age: 37 years for General category, 42 years for SC and BC residents, 45 years for State and Central Government employees, 47 years for Physical Handicapped candidates, and 40 years for widows and divorcees.

Educational Qualifications

• Driver: Matriculation, valid driving license for light and heavy vehicles, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Clerk (Legal): Law degree from a recognized university, competitive test, and typing proficiency in Punjabi and English at 30 words per minute.
• Clerk (Accounts): Graduation with at least one subject in Statistics, Mathematics, or Accounts, and typing proficiency in Punjabi and English.
• Clerk (IT): Graduation in Computer Application, Information Technology, or related fields, with typing proficiency.
• Tour Counselor: Graduation and completion of a 120-hour course in IT or Desktop Publishing from a recognized institution.
• Field Artist: Graduation in Music, Drama, or Dance from a recognized university.

Pay Scale

• Driver: ₹21,700 - ₹69,100 (Level 3)
• Clerk (Legal, Accounts, IT, and Tour Counselor): ₹19,900 (Level 2 or Level 5 as specified)
• Field Artist: ₹25,500 (Level 4)
